Continuing to WhatsApp saves your selected treatment, duration, optional date and time, marketing source, entry button and a random request reference for up to 180 days. These let Ilona handle the enquiry and understand which sources lead to actual appointments. This website does not ask for your name, phone number, medical information or message contents. Your WhatsApp draft stays editable; opening WhatsApp does not send it or confirm a booking.
Ilona or her authorised booking manager may record when a referenced message was received, qualified, confirmed and attended, along with actual retained tips, her real service share, costs and a repeat-visit reference. Outcomes attached to an enquiry are removed with it. Campaign cost records are separate and contain no client contact details.
Browser storage and hosting
Source attribution stays in this browser tab's session storage for up to 24 hours so a later booking keeps the relevant source. Your analytics preference is kept in local storage until changed or cleared. Hosting providers Vercel and Cloudflare process connection and security data, including network information required to deliver the site. Temporary rate-limit buckets use hashed network information and are cleared daily. Booking data and analytics are stored in Cloudflare D1; processing and storage may be outside the UAE.
Search, photographs and third-party services
Text on the main page may appear in search results. We instruct search engines not to index our images and instruct archive crawlers not to archive this site. Images send no-store cache instructions. These controls cannot guarantee deletion of copies already saved, screenshots or copies made by services that ignore the instructions.
Search Console measures Google's own search impressions and clicks and does not install a visitor tracker on this site. When you open WhatsApp or Google Maps, those services apply their own policies. This enquiry does not enrol you in marketing messages.
Privacy questions & data deletion
Ilona Massage uses the Ilona Business Operations app for its connected business tools. To ask about data held by Ilona Massage or request access, correction or deletion, email ilona@ilonamassage.com.
Include your enquiry reference if you have one, and explain which records your request concerns. Please do not send medical details, payment information or identity documents. Ilona or her authorised booking manager reviews requests and may ask you to confirm the request through the original conversation to protect your records.
A request is reviewed by a person; submitting it does not automatically delete records. These instructions concern records held by Ilona Massage. WhatsApp, Meta and other service providers have their own privacy controls for records they hold.
Analytics & your choices
Anonymous website analytics
Our own server records page loads, broad source or registered creative code, device category, visible photos and sections, treatment interest, booking-button activity, storage failures and page performance. A new random identifier exists only for the current page load so repeated events can be deduplicated. No analytics cookie, cross-page visitor identifier, phone number, chat content, IP address, precise location, keystrokes or screen recording is stored in the analytics table. Raw analytics events are deleted after 90 days.
Google Analytics is not connected. The performance library is served by this site and sends no data to Google. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can disable anonymous analytics using Analytics settings below; the choice is saved in local storage on this browser. Booking remains available.
Meta advertising measurement
Meta Pixel runs by default unless you turn it off in Analytics settings or your browser sends a privacy signal. It measures page visits (PageView). WhatsApp enquiry attempts and appointment outcomes are recorded in our own booking journal and are not sent to Meta as conversion events. We do not send selected treatments, preferred times, booking references, phone numbers, email addresses or chat messages as event parameters. Automatic advanced matching and automatic event detection are disabled.
When enabled, Meta receives connection information such as your IP address and browser details, page URLs and advertising cookie identifiers, and may associate activity with a Meta account. Meta may use this information to measure and personalise advertising under its Privacy Policy. Meta cookies may include _fbp and _fbc. Processing may occur outside the UAE. Your measurement preference is saved in local storage until you change it or clear browser storage. A previously saved refusal remains respected. You can turn off Meta measurement using Analytics settings below; future events stop and this site removes its Meta cookies. Turning it off does not erase information already received by Meta. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep Meta measurement off. Booking remains available with either setting.
